Note : I am re writing my resume as did not think I put myself across very well.
I'm a friendly, caring, mature man, you could say old fashioned to a certain degree and am seeking a genuine connection for a meaningful journey with a lady who values kindness, empathy and has a good sense of humour. She must like cats and find joy in the simple things.
I am reasonably new to the area as my career in aviation has taken me all over the world so my social life is somewhat limited. I enjoy exploring l9cal cafes and restaurants. I love "roaming in the gloaming" in my kilt, and also enjoy a quiet evening at home.
I have a varied mix of hobbies; I enjoy motorbikes both riding and restoring. I love to lose myself in building wooden ship models. I have a vast taste in music, l love history books like Bernard Cromwell, James Clavel, Sean Thomas Russell novels as well as Tolkien, and Sci Fi . I do watch TV , mainly series. I am a social drinker so not a lot of that going on at the moment, Tho I am 73 I do have a young outlook, I love my job...yes still working . Not wealthy by a long chalk but solvent, that does not make me unattractive . Done a lot , seen a lot but mostly on my own I really would like to meet that special lady if she is out there.

Someone who likes the simple things in life, cosy days at home,long walks, cheeky gosh, someone who is serious about finding that right person to move on with, and share .
