My friends would describe me as fun and outgoing with a good sense of humour and I like to tease. I love animals, dogs and cats, bring them on! I enjoy outings for coffee and cake or a trip to a local market. I like cooking for others as it's a bit boring cooking for one. I love good food and good wine. I enjoy cricket and I love rugby. Come on Scotland! I enjoy writing, and I believe like so many others, that I have a book in me - I just have to dig it out! I love vintage cars and would love to own an Austin 8 around 1926. Very nearly bought one some years ago. Silly to not have done so. I love watching programmes and reading about archaeological digs and finds. If I had my life over again, it's a career I might seriously consider. I am creative and enjoy making my home comfy and welcoming. I hope to retire mid-2026 and then travel. So many places I want to see and I am desperate to visit a brocante or three in France where I plan to shop 'til I drop! Want to join me? As an aside, and please don't let this put you off... Whilst it would be lovely to find love here, I would be very happy with a good friend to start with. Great if it led to more but I am not ready for hearts, kisses and flowers in the first few exchanges. That's a total turn-off.
